The Los Osos/Baywood Park Chamber of Commerce sought a refresh of its site to make it responsive and also to clean up the presentation of news, events, and member businesses that are regularly posted. In addition, the chamber wanted to simplify the methods by which member businesses updated their profiles on the site, streamline the membership renewal process and sell advertising on the front page. Iron Dog Media took on the task of reorganizing the site into responsive sections featuring news and events, a rotating featured section of chamber business logos, and advertising spaces. The new design is clean, organized and simple to navigate. A membership directory presents a list of all the member businesses and each business has the ability to upload a logo, provide a description of what that business does, and give links to the business website as well as social media sites for that business. A robust calendar section presents both chamber and community events. Chamber employees are able, via a custom interface, to help any chamber members that are not tech savvy get a listing updated and post logos, links, and descriptions.
